The next morning, you turn on the news like you always do. Phascomon is still hanging from a branch in his Digivice, sleeping off a large dinner, so you're left to flick through the channels by yourself. Your eyes quickly widen in surprise as you look over the footage.
The side of an office building has been blown out, and numerous cars have been damaged by the debris. You watch the live feed as servitors stride into the danger zone and suck vehicles into their inventories with specialized tools, slowly removing them from the scene. There's a large cordon visible at the edges of the block. The footage soon segues into a studio, where a reporter-bot with a suit and tie looks straight into the camera.

You pull up several displays to get a better look at the damage. Surprisingly, it's not a massive scene. It looks like a Cargodramon went down against a building. There must have been a fight, like they said, but you don't actually see any evidence of it. Since it took place in a work district, nobody has firsthand recordings either. Puzzle-solvers wouldn't start capturing footage, nor upload it onto underground sites.
By now, Phascomon has woken up, and is looking over the scene with fresh eyes.
"What do you think?"
<span class="mu-s">"I think the Dogs of War are up to something again."</span>
You nod in agreement. They're the only ones you know of who have the potential to do something like this. They've been secretive lately, and you're left to wonder what this is all about.
"Oh well. We'll ask Ryan about it once we meet up."
