My question was going to be asking if a size increase was still on the table via mimicking a Relic Contemptor, but then I realized both the Contemptor and Roboute Guilliman both have the same base of 60mm. The only difference is the Contemptor model is 3.75 inches tall and Roboute is 3.5 inches tall. If Guilliman were 10 feet tall, a contemptor would barely be 11 feet. I ponder if that would make us as tall or taller than Vulkan.
The books never really made it clear that Primarchs were already basically dreadnought size. Except we'd win every arm wrestling contest with our brothers since contemptor have S7 to a primarchs S6
