This new map I'm working on would have 3 independent seas + a few inland seas aswell, so sea gates are maybe a bit more versatily or situational.
Here's the thing, I think /conqst/ would benefit from having a really loose concept of limited time, so I would like to suggest the addition of "fallout zones" (the black areas) that would:
>impede sea gates through them>grow overtime, consuming the map and rendering territories unusable>force players to end up expanding like a battleroyaleIt could be used in the map events (map5+5+5+5...) for rp and storytelling purposes.
How did you count the number of provinces in the map? I'm planing on making an even bigger map, because this one felt a bit cramped for the ammount of players.
What are your takes on these ideas? Do you have any more of your own design?
