Employee U grips onto the leash of the K-9 as tightly as he can. Not to restrain the dog but just to hold on. The dog enters the cell, dragging Employee U along with him.
The knight stands guard in the middle of the cell. Blood is still on his blade.
Employee U digs his heels in to stop the dog from lunging. For now.
U: I heard you committed a sin. Would you like to confess?
U: Our little friend here will know if you're lying.
Employee R2 snarls, showing off his sharp teeth.
The knight lets go of the blade's handle, letting it drop to the ground
ANOMALY: I fell to my old habits.
U: Such a shame. You were doing so well. Has the temptation of sin drawn even our best knight?
<span class="mu-i">I must stay strong. I mustn't be a sinner.</span>
U: Alas. Even those who haven't committed the First Crime aren't exempt from sin.
U: What do you have to say for yourself? Before we punish you?
ANOMALY: I'm sorry.
ANOMALY: It is hard to resist the urges. I can feel Reminder clawing at my mind. That demon...
ANOMALY: It still haunts me. I must resist its call.
U: Through pain, through sacrifice, I shall grant you this boon.
U: Sic him.
Employee U lets go of R2's leash.
Employee R2 rushes over to the sword and picks it up with his mouth. It barely manages to hold onto it.
Before the weight of the blade is too much, <span class="mu-r">Employee R2 slams it into the anomaly's leg.</span>
A violent crack rings true. The knight falls to his knees.
U: Again. I'm sorry, friend. But we must all pay for our sins with blood.
U: And without blood, this is the closest we can do to you.
ANOMALY: I understa-
Employee R2 smashes the blade into the knight's torso before dropping it. <span class="mu-r">Several of the knight's ribs crack.</span>
Employee U clasps his hands. The knight quickly follows while R2 guards the sword.
U: May the Father forgive one of His greatest knights for failing His oath to resist temptation.
ANOMALY: May the Father forgive me for my transgression. For my slight against His teachings.
ANOMALY: For this one sin, I shall do a thousand good deeds. To honor His will.
U: Repent, sinner. And may He forgive you in His infinite mercy.
The knight bows forward, keeping his gaze on the ground.
<span class="mu-i">Resist the urge. Be a testament to a better world. Blessed the Lord...</span>
Employee U and Employee R2 exit the containment cell.
<span class="mu-g">A hallowed aura floods the cell. A safe and tranquil atmosphere takes over.</span>
Employee U's whole body shudders once he's out of eyesight and earshot of the containment cell. A sickened look sticks to his face. "I had to do what was necessary, right, boy?" He pats Employee R2 on the head. The dog merely barks.
