In his right, a strange looking curved sword, covered in runes and which looks to be made out of Agarthium. In the other is a large, ornate staff with wings adorning its tip. Diogenes clashes both weapons against each other, and before your eyes, appears to summon three additional copies of himself.

You’re unsure what type of magic this is, but the figures before you look real enough to give you worry. The Diogenes that directly faces you sports a wicked looking double-sided axe made from Agarthium, while the two behind him wield a similar looking sword and spear respectively. In the back, the “true” Diogenes, twirling his curved sword and stave, takes cover behind his “allies.”
“More of them? How fucking annoying is this guy?!” Scratch complains loudly.
>“Any idea what this is?” You ask Anemone. She shakes her head. “Dark magic far beyond what I’m capable of. Those are no illusions. If they strike you down, you’ll be sure to feel it. Still, they’ll only be around for as long as Diogenes is standing. If we take him out, they should disappear along with him.”
>A): Leaving those copies up is too dangerous. Let’s strike them down one at a time.>B): We only need to kill the real Diogenes. We’ll aim for him.>C): Have your party members distract the copies, while you deal with the real Sage yourself.>D): Write-in
