She turns her head towards the sound of your voice. "What are you going to do with me?" Her voice wavers, like she's going to cry again.
You scratch your beard. "Firstly, you need to apologize for tainting the well. Secondly, it's not good for you to be alone anymore. You have no one else, so I'll take responsibility for you now." You speak matter-of-factly, but something about this interaction causes Arne and Sabine to look at you in awe.
"I can't believe he's putting her in his place like that. I thought we were gonna die!" Arne puts his hands on his head in disbelief.
Sabine blushes and covers her face, "Did he just say he'll take responsibility for her?!"
You try to ignore the outbursts of the young humans. "I can't keep calling you ENCHANTRESS... Please, tell me your name? I am No-Egg."
The woman lowers her head, and is silent for several moments. "My mother named me Mandevilla. I haven't even heard my own name in years..."
Sabina walks up slowly to the enchantress. "I think it's a beautiful name, Mandevilla!"
The eyeless woman allows a soft smile to spread on her face.
Arne pushes forward, "C'mon everyone, let's go!"
Your brother flaps his wings, and squawks. He's feeling awfully proud of you right now.
