The Kreekos are an interplanetary species and Empire, each planet they inhabit being led by a General. Said General has full power within their respective planet but must report and answer to the Emporer back on the Kreeko's home planet.
Kreekos are not inherently violent, nor are they inherently ill-willed. They do however consider empathy to be a birth defect and widely use mass-produced living "flesh technology" in their daily lives. The Kreekos believe they are the ultimate lifeform and are fully willing to kill people if it means they can take another planet into their empire. They are also just generally very very strange.
