You glance at your watch, and your face drops. By going the extra distance to the Walmart, you've made it impossible to get to school on time. You start doing some quick mental math: if you start now, take the interstate, and take a few side roads, you could maybe get there 20-30 mintues late. You rush to the car (as rushed as you can, you have a disabled son, after all) and slam down on the pedal, navigating through traffic with a calculated recklessness. Your car weaves through the lanes as if it's an extension of your will, and you manage to reach the school gates approximately 25 minutes after the bell has rung.
As you hastily pull up to the school entrance, you usher Walt Jr. out of the car, and he hurries towards the now seemingly imposing building. Just as he disappears through the doors, assistant principal CARMEN MOLINA emerges, her expression a mix of weariness and severity.
"Where have you been?" she asks, her tone deader than the roadkill you sped past on the way here. Uh oh.
>TELL THE TRUTH. You've had a good relationship with Carmen so far; surely she would go easy on you? (+1 WALTER POINT)
>MAKE SOME SHIT UP. You've seen Carmen when she's angry, maybe the best thing here is a white lie to calm her down. (+1 HEISENBERG POINT)
>OR MAYBE... (Write-In!) (+???)
