It's raining, have you got your hood on?
>A dour and grief-stricken band of trinket salesmen leave Feltershire jolly and calmed, soothed by the culture of the town the moon watches over. Queen Ophelia has welcomed the God of Justice to guard her nation. Shackles form and snares loosen at the will of Milþyr, and all the Numidians collaborate with him to legislate and learn what is just. Justice is a slippery thing, though, and it eludes the grasp of many men. Upon witnessing what a just law system and divine appointment can do, the entire nation of Mauritania also submits itself to Milþyr.
Thala's pirates have recently raided the coast, a regular happening for centuries that the Numidians try to repel but are ill-equipped to do so. In the piracy-ravaged coastal fishing village of Fussala, orphaned teenagers form gangs and turn to thievery and robbery in order to put food on the table and clothing on their backs. They begin to emulate the pirates who took all the power and resources from Fussala, hoping to one day claim glory and vengeance for them and their families.
Ophelia's kingdom suffered many unjust laws and interpretations of laws. Now that you have a foothold, it may be time to re-design what is just in your domain, to calibrate the scales, if you will.
The world is in a whirl. What do you do? Refer to top of post for Event Actions. [If you should decide you want to kill any Heart of Stone, you now have +2 to those "kill" rolls.]
> Shatter the Numidian stone tablets housing the unjust laws, and leave alone the stone tablets that contain the just laws. Erect new stones carved with your laws. (Which actions become just or unjust?)>A tyrant in Cyrenaica persecutes Numidian travelers and tribes from the interior, and prisoners beg for justice. You deliver it.
