“I will face it down then.” Lucian announced as he slammed his hand into his chest, “Mann has made himself my enemy ever since I got near this island and to gain vengeance against the God who has caused a great amount of my problems would bring me honor.”
“You can do such a thing?” The Baron asked with widening eyes, “Lord Lucian, I can see that you are far more than we were last together, but…”
“I am more than a simple man now.” Lucian said as he strained his hand into a fist, “Through the blessing of the Lady I have become someone who can challenge the forces of damnation. Even if those forces are the Gods who are not Chaos, I shall prove the Lady did not choose a false warrior.”
“Do you have a proper mount to fight it?” The King Geralt asked as he raised a brow, “I have heard that the Bretonni were born on the saddle yet from what you have told us you no longer have your mount.”
“That is the truth.” Lucian admitted, “But I do not see how a horse could fight against such a Leviathan.”
“Of course a Horse would mean nothing against such a beast, but Albion does not only have horses.” Answered the King with a growing grin, “I know of other creatures that someone such as yourself might be willing to mount. To the south, on a lone island, there is a mountain with all manner of creatures. Griffins, Pegassus, and even a Dragon.”
“You think a flying mount would suite me well for the task?”
“Of course! If you are not in the water the monster won’t be able to sneak up on you!” He cheered with hope in his eyes, “We can sail out in a few days towards the island, and from there travel to Bretonnia as you have asked.”
>A Pegassus
>A Griffin
>Lets try for a Dragon
>We need no mount
Wish I wrote this yesterday. Really this was a no brainer item that as seen does not need much writing to bring up.
