Thing about air force pilots is that they gotta do things like leaning into the turn....I think, and need to wear specialized suits so the blood in their body doesn't go else where all at once and render them unconscious. I think out in space or away from any massive planets they shouldn't have to suffer the same problems, so they may or may not actually do even better in space. What I do think we should do is make something like a motion simulator game rig for our pilots and anyone else to practice their piloting skills so they don't get rust. Space fuel ain't cheap you know.

There comes a problem if who we recruit wants to bring their family/others along, which makes things more complicated.
All in all these are some interesting ideas your spitting, with their own ups and downs. The shady R&D firm is also interesting. The biggest issue here, is how we could possibly sneak back onto earth without NASA finding out. Then again, the greys were able to do it. So if they can do it, we can too.
