Andre barely manages to slap a hand at your wrist, but it's enough - you grasp his forearm with your hand strong enough you probably bruise him and lift him up hard with a surge of adrenaline. He drapes his other arm over you, getting blood from his hand on your shoulder, but you don't care. You're able to grab the rifle with both hands and really start blasting down the sights. Astonishingly, Andre reaches into his waistband and pulls out a revolver to try and shoot with you.
You don't think any of his six shots make their mark, but the additional fire is helpful, especially when another seven of your own do manage to hit the target. It's too much pressure, and the monster crawls across to another balcony and through a window shattered by gunfire earlier, disappearing into the darkness at the back of the unit.
Edgar starts climbing over the rail of the balcony he's on to descend, but he slips, knocking a leg on the lower railing, half-flipping, but catching the bottom with one hand to avoid a full fall. Looks painful but he's walked off worse. This leaves him hanging from the second floor.
<span class="mu-b">"Come on let's move, let's move!"</span> You start tugging Andre along, back across through the window and into the offices. He slows you down, but not as much as you'd expect as you hurry down the steps.
When you exit to the street, Edgar's jogging your way with a slight limp. His eyes are wide with panic but he smiles, and you can't help but do the same. <span class="mu-g">"Holy fuckin' piss, dude, you're a real fuckin' sight for sore eyes! The girls here, they alright? Wanda find you?"</span> He says, panting between questions as he gets in close. He's got a chest rig on over a tan jacket, dirty jeans, and combat boots, with a headlamp strapped around his head but pushed to the side. He has a square jaw, and heavy brow. He's bigger than you, taller with broad shoulders, but his voice is soft, and his eyes are warm.
You gesture with your head towards the cruiser. <span class="mu-b">"No, no, they're not, they're ok, here, here help me, this way."</span> You reply, and Ed gets on the other side of Andre, letting an arm hook over his shoulders to help. <span class="mu-b">"This is Andre. Haven't seen Wanda since before this started, think she's at the bakery. I have a camp not far. Come on."</span> You keep moving until you're at the car, and the two of you help Andre into the back before hopping into the front. No sign of Clear-Claw anywhere.
What do you do?
>Enter the apartment building with Ed to find Clear-Claw, work together to kill whatever's left in there.
>Wait to see if Clear-Claw's going to make his way back to the cruiser so you can all leave as a group.
>Andre needs help and you need to regroup, head back to the construction site.
>Andre needs help, and you need to find your friends. Wanda's a first rate medic with supplies, and the bakery's about as far from here as the construction site is.
