While Samurai were technologically the most advanced armed forces, and every member, even the whelps, were stronger than the typical human and superior, Woldorians had the numbers and the inner ego to become more than a match for them...
However, unlike Woldorians who awarded better gear with the higher one rose in rank, the Samurai followed a system of nobility, in which chemical and bionic upgrades were rewarded with battlefield valor and honorable conduct. Though, what constituted honor to them was still hard for me to grasp, given how cruel they could be in their blatant violations of rules of war. They would kill prisoners of war in a heartbeat. I wonder if killing their enemies was honorable in the end to them... I know that victory is, and they pride themselves in achieving victory at almost all costs...
