QM: The webm related is something I found on the marketing website of BRINC Lemur 2 drones, I think they are just quadrotors (maybe?) and they are currently used by the New York Police dept. What I liked is they have a glassbreaker saw attachment and they can apparently open doors as well. So the Robot Hacking Squid drone I imagine is a bit like this.
