1-20: LOW QUALITY (You'll get two niche and situational items.)
21-40: OKAY QUAILTY. (You'll get one potent anti-erasure item and one niche anti-anomaly items.)
41-60: DECENT QUALITY. (You'll get two overall good items that are both anti-erasure and anti-anomaly.)
61-80: GREAT QUALITY. (You'll get three very well rounded items for both situations.)
81-99: AMAZING QUALITY. (You'll get three very well rounded item for both anti-erasure and anti-anomaly applications and one generally good anti-anomaly item.)
100: W-COMPANY LACK-MANIFESTING GAS (Creates a small pocket directly into a pit deep, deep inside of a W-CORP MINE. The gas generated has been said to reformat anything it comes into contact with. Anomalies, other gasses, human beings, steel and flesh, whatever. Designed to protect its user.)

26-50: DECENT QUALITY (The item you'll obtain will have limited charges but it stuns for a very decent amount of time.)
51-75: GREAT QUALITY (The item you'll obtain will stun for a very decent amount of time and it will have a high amount of charges.)
76-99: AMAZING QUALITY (Same as GREAT but you get two of them!)

REWINDS (Modified due to MARUYAMA'S PRESENCE)
1-40: DECENT QUALITY. (You'll get three rewind items that can affect your stats, your rolls, or both!)
41-80: GREAT QUALITY (You'll get three rewind items that affect your stats/rolls and one rewind item that affects your surroundings.)
81-95: AMAZING QUALITY. (Same as GREAT but you get an extra SURROUNDINGS REWINDING item.)
96-98: BETTER THAN AMAZING. (You'll get two stat/roll rewinding items, two surrounding rewinding items, and two 'emergency' rewinding items.)
DUBS OR 100: Let's reset our watches, gentlemen. (You'll obtain THE TIMEKEEPER'S SCHEDULE, a TOOL ANOMALY. ???.)
