It's a single building, not part of a larger facility or complex. The property includes a small amount of land, growing platforms, and a nearby permaculture in the heart of the city fed by the waste and water of both his and many other houses in the neighborhood. Jaxtians prefer to build upwards because of the ease of climbing, and so his home is multistory. One advantage of having this class of housing is that entire new floors can simply be added on top for especially large families or a reward for service to the Hegemony. Enforcers are paid and supplied well for their service and to ensure loyalty- so his home is also luxuriously furnished, newly decorated, and they can afford to employ a day servant- even among Enforcers, it is clear he is of the upper crust.
His wife is a darling; of a high genetic level, perhaps even higher then Mitel's- did they marry for love? You can tell just by looking at her what kind of woman she is; motivated and focused on her family and mastery of the “inner world” that women like yourself are supposed to care so much about. Her own career was permanently retired when she had her children; and this decision was generously rewarded by the Hegemony's fertility and breeding authority. They have two children; an older daughter who is studying deep space astrology and her son, a rambunctious youth who wants to be “a hero like dad”. She even wears a local woman's community leader badge- a envious position for professional homemakers.
And for Mitel himself? He is a picturesque example of Jaxtian masculinity- able bodied and strong, disciplined, obedient, but always in control. He never yells, is patient, kind, and has clearly never even considered an affair. He does not engage in any kind of anti-social behavior. His demeanor at the gym is one of quiet self determination- never showboating or “shooting the shit with the boys”. He comes home from work every day as soon as possible- spending as much time as he can with his children and wife- who he keeps on ongoing romantic relationship with.
He's perfect. He reminds you of your Dad. You couldn't create a fictional family better to show the Swall on the Hegemony propaganda broadcasts- <span class="mu-i">They're</span> perfect.
