What an odd image, for even though the Avengers do not realize it yet, Limbo is a realm outside of our conventional understanding of time, in fact, it is a realm <span class="mu-i">without time</span>. The Time Variance Authority is therefore powerless to do anything about it, however, the Space Phantom is not... And what he wants is time!
But all that can be a bit confusing, so let's return to a realm we do understand.
Where unfortunately, the Space Phantom has captured Tony Stark, now weak, defenseless, unconscious, and without the armor that turns him into the invincible Iron Man! Not only that, but the newest member of the Avengers is still gone! "Behold, puny humans! One by one, you will fall to me! Surrender now, or you will all perish to my might!"
As he gloats pointlessly, our heroes try to come up with a plan...
"Now... Give me the one you call Captain America, then I will leave... I think he is the most capable form I can take to allow me to take over your world!" As he makes an offer they can't accept, he follows it with. "Or fight me to the finish... Or should I say, among yourselves? Not to mention, I will destroy Iron Man if you make any sudden moves! Gwahahaa!"
