They report that beyond the hill fort of woodcutters and farmers there is some sort of opulent palace that rises into the clouds. The revellers contained within, who appear Highborn, concern themselves merely with wanton rites and libations to Osirantinous, apparently a pleasure-deity of sorts here amongst the nobles, even as they exact harsh demands of tribute from those who toil in the fields around the hill fort below. It seems it pleases the Highborn from time to time to coax the hill fort dwellers into their pleasure palace and to compel them to participate in various bouts and spectacles for their diversion and sport, as they are anointed with wine and pelted with mockery and jeering laughter.
