An S-rank means I'd unequivocally recommend it.
An A means I strongly recommend it but it perhaps has some caveats (tonal or structural issues, community is rancorous, update schedule is slow, or it's a bit niche or lulzy even for /qst/) though I still thoroughly enjoy it.
B means it's either so new it may well flake, already seems to have maybe flaked, or the QM straight up officially ended it, but I still played and liked it.
