>>5455796We are obviously a civilized nation, in emulation of the Federation we provide a plethora of fantastic bounties of luxury to those noble citizens most deserving of it in our realm. For those who can afford it of course, disease and ailments do not afflict them surely.
When we started the quests I had a few dreams of making things a bit better for the lower classes, things like having a standard of living, an abundance of food, emphasis on servitor industrialization, kinda like when TalOS made the factory workers lives slighty better. A sort of competition between us and Roboute on who can make their realm nicer to live in for the masses. However I've just decided to tuck that away because I'm not sure we will have the time to do so or exactly how much we'll get to influence the culture of Lucius at all (it's already thread 11 of 20 and there is just so much on our plate left to do).
So I just settle for Plan B and do the canon thing and making the lives of our nobles better while the poor can just keep working those factorums like they were meant to. Possibly it's even more efficient than Guilliman's egalitarian Ultramar anyway. It also fits TalOS being a high rider more, given how much he favors nobles like the Knights, his own children, and the techpriests who are themselves an upper class of society. Let Angron and Corax value their dregs.
