<span class="mu-r">“A third-party? Wouldn’t it be kind of risky to include someone else at this point?”</span> you asked.
Dmitri’s smile grew so wide that you thought it would split his face. <span class="mu-r">“Not if the people in question make it their life’s work to kill the dregs of society. Why, if <span class="mu-i">someone</span> happened to tip off the <span class="mu-s">Punishers</span> about a group of Bratva assassins breaking out of prison, I’m sure they would happily gun them down, no questions asked…”</span>
That might…actually work! The only problem was finding a way to bust them out of prison without drawing a crazy amount of attention to yourself. You’d either have to change costumes, find someone else to do this part for you, or some up with an alternative.
As for tracking down the mercenaries and striking at their hideouts, that might be a job that would be better reserved for Silvermane’s men. He’s been building his strength back up after the “Slip” job, and he’s been raring to make a big move. This might not be exactly what he had in mind, but it’s bound to put the Maggia back on top in more than a few territories.
