The following is a tutorial to teach you about the POINT SYSTEM in Walterquest. (refer to the image for a tl;dr)
There are TWO (2) types of POINTS:
WALTER POINTS - These are indicative of Walt's good nature and levelheadedness. These are also indicative of Walt's weakness and ineffectiveness.
HEISENBERG POINTS - These are indicative of Walt's bravery and badassery. These are also indicative of Walt's egomania and manipulative tendencies.
You'll earn POINTS as a consequence of your actions. You can only have TEN (10) POINTS of each at any time.
POINTS serve as the main gameplay mechanic of Walterquest. You are encouraged to spend points regularly to perform actions and advance the narrative. Holding on to a disproportional amount of points for too long can have adverse effects.
Having too many WALTER POINTS has a higher chance to fail some actions that require bravery out of fear or inability.
Having too many HEISENBERG POINTS has a higher chance of overriding good natured decisions due to ego.
When these actions are chosen, a check is required. This check has an equal probability of success or fail at 0 points, but with each additional point, the probability is skewed. For example, at 5 WALTER POINTS and 3 HEISENBERG POINTS, the probability of failing a bravery check is 60%, and failing a good nature check is 40%. 3 POINTS cancel each other out, and the 2 remaining WALTER POINTS skew the probability. This also means having an equal number of points keeps the check at 50/50.
The POINT SYSTEM is also necessary for character interactions. Characters will react differently depending on the ratio of points you have. The closer you are to their preferred ratio, the more positively they'll view you. For example, WALTER JR. prefers you to have a ratio of 2:3. He will view you similarly if you have 2 WALTER POINTS and 3 HEISENBERG POINTS or 6 WALTER POINTS and 9 HEISENBERG POINTS, since the ratio (2:3) is the same. On the other hand, if you have 2 WALTER POINTS and 2 HEISENBERG POINTS (1:1), he will view you less favorably as opposed to 6 WALTER POINTS and 8 HEISENBERG POINTS (3:4), which is better but not the best.
Managing your points well is key to succeeding in everything you do in Walterquest. If you have any questions, please ask away.

School is over. It's time for you to go to your part-time job at A1A CAR WASH.
What will you do?
>GREET THE EYEBROWS. You should just suck it up and go to work. We've already been late to enough things.
>WIPE DOWN THIS. Fuck that shit job. Bogdan can suck your dick; it's your birthday and you will not work today. (+1 HEISENBERG POINT)
>OR MAYBE... (Write-In!) (+???)
