You glare straight into Garps eyes and see that behind the stoic front that he's putting up he's shaken. With a smirk and a chuckle you pull your leg away and turn around. The marine shakes as you show your back to him and walk away.
"Fine. If you want to do it the hard way then so be it. But first. Kneel."
"What?!"
"You want this to be over? Fine. But I won't make it look like you did anything other than grovel at my feet. Beg. Unless you want That to happen again."
You point upwards at the fissure in the sky that formed the moment you clashed. Knowing what's at stake Garp gets on his knees and puts his head on the ground.
"Fine. Please. I beg of you. Enough."
"GARP! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
"That fool."
The two other elders comment on this but you pay them no mind.
"Good. I'm taking my prize now. Anyone tries to stop me, they die."
"Yes. Of course..."
He grits his teeth.
"I'm glad you understand."
You say that with a smile.
"But one more thing. You were wrong, about almost everything you said."
Garp looks up confused.
"Why are you surprised? I told you already, you just weren't paying attention. This isn't about Eliza and I'm not the least bit mad. From the moment I understood there was nothing to be mad about. This isn't about revenge, or justice. Those are your feeble words."
"Then... what were you-"

Garps eyes shoot up.
"I thought you could learn. That sooner or later you'd get the lesson I was trying to teach you all. But it seems you're too stupid for that. Every time you touched me I showed you just how much scarier I can be than you are. You took my eye and my arm, in turn I took your gods. I tore down your forts because you messed with my crew. But you still think you're the ones in control. You can't learn. So I came to the only logical conclusion. And I'm no longer willing to hold back. If you can't learn from a smack, then it's time to give the next ones a chance."
"W-What?!"
"Once I'm done with you someone will inherit your will and a new idea of Justice will be borne. Hopefully they'll be smarter than you and learn... that this is My World. And they get to live in it because I let them."
You spread your wings once more as you prepare for take-off.
"You want to live a bit more? Fine. That means you'll get to see what comes next and bear witness to my age. Want to stop me? Feel free, I'll even give you one shot. But you get up from your knees and I'll tear off your legs before I make you watch as I slaughter everyone in front of your eyes."
No response comes from him.
"Thought so. Consider this my declaration of war then. And tell your men that soon the seas will run red with the blood of those that bear the seagull on their flag."
