Not on the verge. From above, it's evident it's slowing down. The velocity change is subtle, but betrays a water ingress in the lower decks. A quick vision of future confirms they won't make it to grappling hook distance.
On your <span class="mu-b">Sister's</span> side, things are more difficult. A Breath attack sent the whole ship shivering just by brushing past it : her innate sound ability is perfect for shattering objects. But the rats are not idle. The boarding crew throwing a motley collection of slashing, piercing and bludgeoning instances scored a few lucky hits (blue at 3/4).
