Maybe there is a control for it in the dead-end biosensor monitor room; Space Cadet Cassidy Carmen could use it to clear the heaped debris of burning girders.
The burning conflagration has probably spread even more by now, and is completely blocking the exit. But I can see two imaginative ideas:
The first, of course, is that every arcology must feature an EMERGENCY ESCAPE POD. Probably embarassingly, there is barely enough room for more than one person... Morfran will discover this when he has to squeeze in very close next to Carmen, her hot cheeks flushed against his throat, as he discovers her incredibly soft and lithe... oh (explosions, alarms, fire) as the pod jettisons. Maybe within the enclosed space, Morfran and Cassidy Carmen rub against each other a bit afterwards.
Alternatively, maybe instead of an escape pod there are merely EMERGENCY EXOSUITS instead. So time for a little spacewalk around the exterior of the arcology... I am actually not sure what the fire should look like. If there is vacuum, venting atmosphere, but say there is gravity because the arcology is spinning... does the fire look normal or like the microgravity spherical bubble fire? Or should the fire just extinguish completely and immediately as the oxygen vents? I don't know if anyone has actually depicted a scene like this in a film.
You could roll for this or choose between the scenarios yourself... I don't mind!
