Quickly the battle was underway once again as the Necron Warriors tried to throw gunfire into the Omnissiah’s direction. So many of those shots landed in an attempt to once again shatter the form of a God they so desperately hated. Many of them had been witnesses to the destruction of its brothers and a few were even there to witness the Machine God’s own destruction.
The Omnissiah raised his hand and pointed in the general direction to those who administered its destruction. A moment later those Necrons were no more, disappearing from the realm of the Materium. Simply by folding their timeline upon themselves this action was completed, where the Omnissiah caused their beginning and end to meet one another in a single existence.
As for the gunfire there was plenty, but after a moment the skin of the Omnissiah turned grey with necrodermis and a moment later became a near perfect reflection of what was around him. One cannot injure a Divine Being simply by shooting it alot, there were steps to the matter that the Necrons should know full well. After all they were the ones who learned those damning secrets and committed them upon the C’Tan.
The response to this gross misconduct was obvious as the armies of the Mechanicus opened fire upon the Warriors. All of them were singing a hymn in the Omnissiah’s name and for standing next to his men the Omnissiah blessed them with perfect aim.
The easiest were the Volkites whose guns were fired a second later or before. The Machine Spirits waiting to answer the command of their operator until the very moment a perfect shot could be made that melted the target into a white hot slag.
The Galvanic rounds traveling the air were each oh so subtly adjusted for a more perfect aim. Electrical sparks frying and changing the air pressure around them in such a way that they would take the every so subtle movement.
Radium and Chainswords were the simplest of them all. The Omnissiah simply had their Machine Spirits sing with the Chorus with devastating effect as they slaughtered the traitors with monumentous effect.
Such was the Benediction of the Omnissiah. For so long the Machine God had only been able to do simple things but today was the day that the Omnissiah was to answer those who prayed for him.
