To say TalOS was confused was an understatement. He was definitely communicating with someone who had been looking upon him at this instance. The person also had a temper of some kind that TalOS had seen in a great many Magos.
They were the kind of people who were proud of their craft and could not help but correct those who were wrong. As TalOS was in the wrong, the person on the other end of this flow wanted to make sure he knew it.
The flow of the Motive Force went again, this time TalOS was sensing the greatest change yet. There were ten of them, which TalOS recognized to be digits upon their hands. TalOS was now a student, watching as the forces danced before him like fingers upon two hands. They were fast, so fast that only those with augmented hands or transhuman.
TalOS was both, so when the hands stopped he began a perfect mimicking of what he had witnessed.
The light around him began to bend towards a single point, the flow so fast it would be difficult to contain by other means. The Student studied it the workings and noted what actions committed what before him. There was irony in that what TalOS was doing could not be seen for the light had nothing to reflect upon and none of it was able to escape. The reason it was not a black ball was that TalOS focused on capturing the flow of the star, not what was already reflected.
Overall what TalOS worked with caused the chamber he was in to dim a slight bit. It was just enough that if something walked in they would gain a sense of unease.
Upon his performance the forces of the other user stiffened, as to the reason why TalOS could not yet divine. TalOS wanted to know who was the one operating this force, who was on the other line. Was it another human? No, that was not reasonable. It was surely either a divine or some Xenos who learned of the Motive Force from another God.
After all it is reasonable to assume that if the Machine God exists, that there are other gods within reality.
He witnessed as the energy form gave TalOS a symbol, one that the Primarch felt his mind snap in understanding of. It must have been a marker, an identifier, and he was given this because TalOS gained the person’s respect.
He will need to be wary next time they interact. For now, TalOS finished his signs and brought the flow of life into his person. He felt his hunger subside as he was fueled with the truest essence of life.
