It is said Vulkan spent many good years on Terra under the direct tutelage of the Emperor and Malcador, learning of them science and history and becoming familiar with both the Emperor and Malcador.
Do you think we can afford some years off to be with Vulkan and the Emperor? It would be great to tinker around with him. Maybe give some directives to the Federal Council on things we want done while we attend to matters in Sol. if not, I suppose he can at least be a great aid to UZI. I imagine he did a lot of spelunking himself.
I can see that TalOS is tinkering in his spare time, QM is definitely unleashing many of the toys he is working on in the background like the chronomantic device used on Fulgrim or the Black Hole weapons. I do wonder how they compare to Vulkans artefacts, and what the both of them can come up with together!
