With a start, you realize that there is now an extension down one end of the tunnel, and a light at the end. In a panic at the sudden call of freedom, you run towards it, and find yourself right back in your storage room again. Back to the real world. You kiss the carpet before worriedly turning back to the tunnel's darkness, seeing if your tormentor is standing in its darkness- but no. Instead, you see something new. At the end of the tunnel now is a light; a new chamber has opened, or been created, beckoning you to enter it again.
The act of entering the tunnel and being trapped within scared you greatly. You had a very strong sense that the tunnel could have trapped you there forever if it wanted to. Whatever force or unreal thing that the tunnel is, it has the power to change itself directly with or without your perception; able to box you in. Now, it hints at a new room. You are too scared to go in again now- but as you uneasily return to your apartment, you check your phone and see that only four hours have passed since you first entered the tunnel.
Are you missing time? Or in your panic did you simply forget to keep track?
The entire time you were trapped in the tunnel, you were recording. This may be the biggest scoop you have yet- and the most unreal experience the tunnel has revealed yet. But at the same time, you don't quite know what this means. Is the tunnel messing with you? Or are you revealing more the truth of what is going on?
