Perhaps there is something to be done on the way you thrust your dagger, yes… the back of something’s neck, you killed an animal instantly like that once… the sharp edge of the blade, certainly you could orient your weapon in such a way before time and put more force into the initial attack… twisting the edge could let you cut them up in a nice way once you have them.
