The tower is meant to show how the lie that Night City has its foundation laid upon will be shattered. And we will likely have a person we care for die. We are the betrayer to Night City, in the biblical sense of betraying one's parent by whom one was raised. And the moon will represent how the future we've made is a delicate one. One with the potential to save everyone. Or doom everyone in the city if it falls apart. That, or potentially our actual fate will be connected to the moon. Night City does have the rocket to it.
