It makes you feel both safe and out of your depth at the same time, depending on how you look at it. A false sense of security could mean disaster now - you must be careful. But perhaps if you try hard enough, or given enough time, your memory will come back to you. Then... you're not sure, but one can only hope.
It's a step up to admit it, though, and you feel a tad bit more... in control. It's as though a little compartment has clapped open in your brain, and terms and trails of thought that you were not aware were even possible have been revealed to you. There are still things to find out, of course, things you must know in order to <span class="mu-r">keep</span> in control:
