“Ahh, the Lady of Arcadia herself.” Anacharsis smirks. He hardly looks concerned, even as Anemone summons forth her strongest attack. “I can appreciate all that you’ve done to safeguard your people from Shambhala. But don’t you know that Shambhala has already fallen? You and I need not fight. In fact, what I do today will prove to be a great boon for our kind.”
“I’ve never once been ‘your’ kind.” Anemone retorts back. “You stood by as Odesse tried to exterminate the Arcadians. Save your sympathies, for I have no use for them or your dark gods!”
“Very well.” Anacharsis muses. “But your ignorance is showing. There is nothing ‘dark’ about my lords. Our deities were gods of light. Of flame! As their speaker and prophet, allow me to show you firsthand their wrath!”
>Anemone: (Luna): 44 DMG>Anacharsis: 306/350 HPThe Sage takes the brunt of Anemone’s strongest magic, piercing through his resistance. He is sent sliding back across the floor but maintains his footing. In retaliation, he raises both his hands to the sky, and begins an incantation in an unfamiliar tongue. You sense a great power welling from his position. You’d seen this spell once before, during Douglas’ execution all those years back. You knew you’d have to face it again one day, but you still feared what was about to come. From the sky, a tower of fire descends and engulfs Anemone where she stands. The sheer force and magnitude of the spell causes you to shield your eyes, and you can feel the intense heat boiling over. When you look up, you’re shocked to see Anemone still standing. Flames continue to burn away at her body, but she does not falter.
>Anacharsis: (Valflame): 18 DMG>Anemone: 57/75 HP (Burnx1)>Diana (Spear): 16x2 = 32 DMG>Anacharsis: 274 HPDiana chucks two of her spears towards Anacharsis while his attention is drawn away. Her throws are right on target. She lets out a small cheer before she too is engulfed in the Sage’s tower of flame.

Though he lacks the Crest needed to conjure a magical arrow on The Inexhaustible, he finds that a physical arrow works just as well. “I don’t care who you are. If you’re going to harm the woman I love, I’ll do whatever it takes to stop you!”
“Woman you love?” Anacharsis raises an eyebrow. “Ahh, I see. They say the hardest thing a father experiences is seeing his daughter stolen by another man. Burning you to cinders will surely be a cathartic experience.”
