The party returns to the village. Greatly exhausted, they return to their homes and living spaces- their treasure clinking in their bags in the middle of the night.
Over the next few days, the process of healing and counting out the spoils begins. The treasure haul this time is massive; a collection of jewelry, rings, and the great silver tub. And, cynically, Jon considers the fact that without Nasir, they have all received a bigger cut of the treasure.
But before they can begin their plans for their time off and the next delve; the party and Jon are approached by two figures, specifically interested in the golden body jewelry plundered from the ghoul-infested rich tomb.
The first is a collector. Richly dressed and skilled in appraisal, he makes his bargain.
"I represent a collection of very wealthy clients who have an interest in artifacts and treasures from ancient Kingdoms- many are descended from the Kings and nobles of old. As such, we are willing to pay a higher price for these items of antiquity- more value for the gold and jewels then you could get by prying them loose and melting them down into bars and coins. Their artistic and historical value is higher then their scrap value to my clients, you see, and we are willing to pay an advanced premium. Consider it."
The second is the local blacksmith.
"Well, I can't offer you much- I am but a humble man. I will melt the scrap down for you and give it back; but I'd really like to take a close look at those pieces of jewelry. The clasps and way the metal is made is so fine and delicate; it's interesting to someone of my trade, and I am always interested in learning new things. I know it's not very tempting, and you're already doing my a great charity buying my humble equipment and armors for your dungeons- you even came to me to melt down this huge tub o' silver you found- so I know it's a lot to ask, but let me know what you think. Thanks."
Which person should you give the golden jewelry too?
