Say they want to get a safe deposit box or something?>96Well if you're going to infiltrate a bank, you may as well infiltrate right into the vault! A tour would get you close, or accosting an employee would give you interior access, but other methods still involve interacting with people. Which, you personally prefer to avoid if you can help it, but also it's more room for risk. If instead you could begin the robbery already within the vault then you're cutting out the entire first half of the plan in terms of risk.
So for about the preceding week leading up to the big day itself, you try and figure out how to recruit the unwitting help of another party. Someone without a disguise who can get inside the vault and transport you there in the process. It's situations like this where having henchmen would be a great help, but on short notice you'll have to find some other way. And after enough time and effort online, you think you can figure out a way... a bit risky but it's the best chance you've got.

Using throwaway accounts with Megslist, you end up offering a thousand bucks to someone who will go to the downtown bus station on the day of the event, take a travel trolley case from one of the rental lockers there, and go to the First American building to open an account for a safety deposit box there.
