Honestly I'd be more interested in a quest taking place inside the Metro rather than outside of it, with the commies and nazis and hansa and the spartans. Outside of the Metro it's more generic, being in the Metro gives the games and story a lot of soul and atmosphere.
But it's your quest so do whatever you want with it, I'd read it either way. On that note, why hasn't anyone done a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. quest yet? Shit would be kino.
