>>5364284We did make the Magnificat and TalOS is the best Genetor of the Legion, unfortunately I doubt he'll get the same level of trust to gain access to the direct pure Primarch genes like Corax did only after his legion was slaughtered near to a man after Istvaan. What I'm thinking is possible is Precursor Primaris (Protomaris? Premaris?) who more resemble the Sons of Anteus or Storm Giants where they stand several inches taller than most and have fantastic regen. At the same time however, why invest in tedious, tempermental flesh when we can just make our space marines all 3/4s robot like the Iron Hands. Instead of spending years growing them tall, just build them larger bodies in a fraction of the time. No one says their body has to be the same height as the original.
The best mix I feel is this:
-Robot Outer Body that can be scaled up or down at will (veteran marines get bigger and stronger toooootally not mimicking the Orks but surely just because they deserve the upgrades)
-Extremely stabilized vital organs and geneseed. Hearts, Brains, etc. capable of dealing with greater stress and injury, with mechanical backups.
We already replace much of the Geneseed of the Acillians with technology, so those few that are irreplacable we can focus our Genetor Genius there. The best of both worlds and possibly better scaled to mass production.
