The Godslaying Silence welrod pistol lol was really there for a 1-shot narrative purpose it is not really a combat weapon and I suppose you have to go into the Dead Land each time to reload it and find bullets. In case you are wondering this was perhaps the weapon with which to assassinate the Paribus Foundation CEO etc. as it is suppressed and the Silence means it is not easily detected by the Oration.
