>>5952102>>5958441Probably should have brought some chalk to trace out a vector field of this topological spatial horror, maybe a differential geometry textbook on self-intersecting manifolds. It is ok we can always improvise some markings with HUmAN BLOoD MUAhahahHAHahargh
Actually that youtube video contained some useful information about geometry, how do you tell if you are situated within the INSIDE PLACE or OUTSIDE? Take two points, and draw a line between them; then count the intersections (number of times the cutting line crosses a surface) - if it is ODD, you are INSIDE; if EVEN, you are OUTSIDE. This seems trivial for simple geometries (imagine two dots, one inside a circle, one outside, a straight line joining them would cross just once ie ODD so inside etc, but it can be useful for more visually complex geometries). This odd/even rule might become useful if cutting through more complex geometries such as the Klein bottle, which I believe technically possesses no volume and no inner / outer surface (3d version of Moebius strip)
