>>6292097You and your wife appear beside Marron atop the Lookout. Standing roughly in the middle, the former demon god Mr. Popo standing between her and the door.
“Oh, Karn, Meloka, what a surprise.” Mr. Popo says, smiling at your arrival. “You're here early.”
“There's been a change of plans. I'm swapping Ginyu out.” you tell him. “Freeza and I are going to spend his whole year in there, pushing ourselves to the limits. According to Amazo, me getting my Supreme Instinct is our best chance against Jiren.”
“I see. Well then, best of luck to you, Karn. Follow me.” he says, leading you all inside. Quickly reaching the door, and pulling it open. Only for Freeza and Ginyu to be seated at the table, about to eat.
“What are y-Karn?” Freeza asks, seeing you behind Mr. Popo. “What's going on?”
“Change of plans. Ginyu, swap out. Freeza and I need the room.”
“Things are that dire? Hmmm, very well.” he says, taking his plate of food and rising from the table, waving back over his shoulder. “Good luck, Lord Freeza!”
“Karn, what's going on?” he asks as you step past Ginyu, the door closing behind you. “What happened?”
And so you give him the rundown on Amazo exploring the other universes, his estimations on each of their powers and how outmatched you all already are by not only Moro, but Jiren. And when you tell him what Amazo told you, about the two of you achieving your new powers being the best hope the Seventh Universe has, his own eyes narrow.
“And so you wish to take the entire year then?” he asks, you nodding. Freeza takes a deep breath, then slowly sighs out, as if refocusing his mind. “Very well then, I concur. If both yourself and Meloka aren't strong enough to face Moro together, let alone Jiren, then you and I must become strong. Stronger than ever.”
“With you, we can both cut loose.” you tell him, Freeza nodding then reaching towards one of the beds. Using his telekinesis, pulling over that same Divine Blessing from your last time in here. “Is that-?”
“Yes. Your daughter brought it, before Ginyu and I entered.” he says, setting the bottle in the center of the table before going back to eating. “So we can truly push ourselves to our limits.”
