You reach into the inner pocket of your suit and pull out an envelope from it.
"What is that?"
"It's an... invitation. To my wedding."
"W-What? But I thought y-you already did!"
"Yeap. This is my second one. To my second wife. I wanted to invite you to it because I couldn't to the first and because you're my friend. But now?"
You toss the envelope in the air and burn it to ash.
"Don't need it anymore."
Shirahoshi seems to be at a loss for words. Understandable since she has no clue what you're talking about.
"W-What's going on? Why?"
"Because I don't want you to be at my wedding. I want more. I finally figured it out. I like it when you're happy and I hate to see you sad. And I want to make sure you don't have to cry again because I get it. I know what it's like when everything is scary, when you're alone. And you know it too. So... marry me Shirahoshi. And I promise you'll never be alone ever again."
Tears start swelling under her eyes until she erupts in a crying fit that threatens to wash you into the waters below and drown you. But as quickly as it came she wipes the tears away and lifts you up to look you in the eye.
"W-When I heard that you got married I got sad and I didn't know why. Because you aren't my type. B-But every time I thought about the day you rescued me, how you helped me and how kind you always were my chest felt heavy. S-So now that you say that I should be happy b-but... but I'm not. Silver I don't know if I can do what you ask. Y-You already have two-"
"Yes I know. But it's okay. It was Nutmegs idea!"
