These pikmin are unique. They're a bit more bug-like then the others, with an abdomen out their back, compound eyes... and wings?! Yes, it seems orange pikmin can actually fly!
Whenever they take flight, you can hear the low droning of their wings. While not the biggest or strongest, they can move over the ground to avoid predators, or even carry small objects if they work together. Knowing how useful a group of flying Pikmin could be, you spend the rest of the day grabbing as many resources as you can to boost up their numbers to match your other Pikmin types.
