You nod. If you had been hurt as badly as Bella, there would have been no way out of it. Doc wouldn't have been able to help you, and you feel like your adventure with Phascomon would have ended right there. Your partnership wouldn't have been strong enough to survive that. You might not even have made it to the point where you could meet the Dogs of War.
With all that in mind, you resolve to be more careful. Injuries are hard to heal when you're on this side of the law, and Cutemon isn't always going to be your solution. He made it clear that deeper corruption is beyond his ability, and that you were both lucky to have received topical damage that only harmed your raw data through backlash.
"It's gonna be even more tiring. We're going over the rooftops. I can't keep everybody in my Digivice, so... Cutemon, what about you? I think it's best if you and Phascomon rest inside, then I jump with Pulsemon."

He breaks down into data and enters your Digivice. You use it to capture Cutemon in the same way. Normally, it takes either a willing entrant, or for a Digimon to be weakened in some way before you can absorb their data like that. He stands there and accepts it, leaving you to spend the morning doing parkour with Pulsemon.
Squid was helpful enough to give you some more tools to tide you over before you refill them at Docs. You have quite a few new Digimon scans for him, including Hoverespimon, so you can pay off your purchases properly. As you climb up onto a building and begin loading up f1oat, you think about how much the two Code Crackers have given you. Wind was right, Squid has been quite generous on account of friendship.
