“An aspect you say? Like him being the lord of the dead?” Lucian asked to see clarification for his thoughts.
“Yes. Gods though have many different faces when directed towards their followers. Tasks that the Gods have dabbled in during their time upon the earth when they were either Warpspawn or Old One.” The Lizardman pointed out as he gave a subtle nod, “Lucian’s god is like that, Tee-Nee-Tyny is not wrong in this.”
“Thats right…” Lucian had to admit as he thought about it, “Morr is not only the Lord of the Dead but contacts us through dreams. He does so because when we dream we are closer to his realm.”
“Then that is what Lucian would wish to focus upon. Meditate upon this subject to gain the rites for from the Warmblood’s God.” The Lizard said as he licked his eye, “In gaining such knowledge Lucian shall better serve Morr.”
“I see…” The Knight said as he gave a nod, “Perhaps… I have only been worshipping him as the Slayer and Keeper of dead up till now.”
“Perhaps the Warmblood should round out knowledge then.” The Lizard said, “Such is how Tee-Nee-Tyny learned the control the winds from Sotek. For Sotek is a serpent, Sotek is also of the skies.”
“Thank you.” Lucian said as he gave his fellow Priest a smile, “I was too caught up in the mettle of it all to think like that.”
“The Old Ones see Lucian growing strong. The Warmblood must be nurtured to become such a worthy being.” Tee-Nee-Tyny said as Bok returned them to their spot.
Lucian knew that it would be hard to start for there was no real way to do so. Morr did not give his warriors books for they were trained by the very dreams and thoughts of the man. Perhaps that is where the Knight needs to start, to study his dreams.
