You shake your head. There's no point starting something new. If he's plotting against you, you don't want him to know that you're catching on. You may want to believe him, but the safest way is to not throw a wrench in your current relationship. For now, you just raise your hand and wave at him.

He's escorted by a small contigent of Commandramon. From the way they're staring at the two of you, you get the feeling that these ones survived the partition incident as well. You take a moment to examine your ally. His injuries have been healed up, and he's standing proudly among his companions. He looks like he's doing well.

He motions to the buildings all around you. You're slightly shielded from prying eyes, but a proper search will still find you all. There's no way he talks his way out of a second incident.
"Let's cut to the chase. What are we here for? Our agreement was that we'd be willing to work with you if you had something that benefited us. Is there anything like that?"
