You decide to go for D.I.Y incorporated.
All the choices are good, but D.I.Y offers the highest quality materials along with a highly reduced price on custom parts. Etsy explains that with them on our side, she'll be able to adapt and change her designs much faster no matter what comes our way.
You contact them, and get a response near instantly. After talking over a burner phone, you're told to meet up with a representative of the corporation in person. Considering it's in one of their official buildings, it's unlikely to be a trap. Any fights or kidnapping would draw a lot of attention since it's in the middle of the city, and if push comes to shove...
You still have this metal abomination on your side.
Apart from Etsy's constant fidgeting, the way to the office is pretty uneventful. The office itself is situated in a big gray, blocky building. It's very depressing looking, and you'd expect one of the biggest companies in the world to put a little more efforts into their buildings, but maybe they are so well established that they don't even need to bother with how they look anymore.
You find the office without too much trouble, and contrary to your expectations, the person that opens the door isn't a suit and tie looking bigwig, but a modestly dressed, very muscular woman. You notice she has some magic potential, but it's hard to tell more than that.
"Pardon the getup, 'tis summer and all," she says, pulling a stack of documents from a drawer. "Business, let's get to it. Number one, you will not sell or give your design to any other party, no matter what kind. People, corps, government, just don't. If someone tells you that you have to, and they aren't one of us, we'll handle em. Etsy and her..." she narrows her eyes at you.
You answer 'partner', which is both true in a business and relationship sense. Etsy seems pretty pleased with that answer.
"Sure, you aren't married, so contract wise you'll be her assistant. If she's accused of something bad, you'll be considered an accomplice, 's that okay with you?"
You nod, partner in crime it is.
