On the topic of samefagging, I really can't definitively say whether it's an issue or not, but it doesn't really seem to be. For this batch of votes, there's 5 IDs with only 1 post. That's out of 25 votes in total. I don't think that's that crazy considering that this vote was up for much longer than normal, and people do phone-post. The only real definitive metric I have as to how many unique people are playing are the votes the threads get in the archives, as that's not something likely to be samefagged. Generally that number hovers around 20+. I haven't really felt samefagging has been an issue other than a single very obvious instance during the faction choice. In any event, if anyone IS doing it, I'd ask that person to just be cool!
Additionally, if people who's IP change frequently want to put on a name as some others have already, I personally don't mind either way.
