>>5189056>Have everyone practice communicating via radio without Saori coordinating them all.As everyone is rolling around, getting their tanks dirty and generally tearing up the terrain, you ponder what to do. When you hear Saori correcting Hippo team’s course, an idea comes to mind.
“Say, Miho. What do you think of a land nav exercise?” You pose.
“On Ooarai? Where everyone knows their way around like the backs of their hand?” She asks. “They’ll have no trouble getting anywhere.”
“Well, not usually,” you admit, “but if Saori isn’t saying anything to nudge them along…”
“Then it could end up being a mess,” Miho quickly realises. She ducks down into her tank, and a moment later it’s engine shuts off and she reappears. “Now we watch.”
And watch you do, neither of you say anything useful apart from the orders Miho gives telling various teams to form up and go somewhere else, only to be ordered to reform with other people on the other side of the field and move again. It’s chaos, and it’s made worse by the lack of radio discipline. Everyone is trying to talk on the same channel meaning no one is being heard. Eventually, after almost half an hour of wasting fuel, a system is figured out where one team - Rabbit coordinates the rest, exactly how Saori was. It lasts as long as it takes you to start shooting at them. Rabbit team are suddenly too busy returning fire to help everyone else and you’re back to chaos, just as planned.
>Find out how it’s going about the gold from the History Club.At lunch, instead of seeking out the council as you usually do, you head to the cafeteria and wait. Your prey arrives a few moments later and you swoop on them.
“Caesar!” You cheer, causing the girl to flinch and spin to face you. “How are we doing with the museums?”
“Mackensen,” she greets you, taking a breath to steady herself. “We already have inquries.”
“From who?” You ask.
“Yūshūkan inquired,” she replies. “As did the British Museum.”
“…The one in London?”
“I don’t think there are any other ‘the British Museum’s,” Caesar replies.
>“I think we should wait and see if any more pop out of the woodwork.”>“Yūshūkan is pretty respected around here, right? Maybe we should see what they have to say.”>“I’m kind of interested in what the British Museum wants to do with all of this.”>Write-in (None of these are binding, you can investigate an option and back out.”
