The foggy gulf hosts Belkinsire Bay, which is the site of the Illuminati College where the Illuminate makes its home, and the closest city is Leitstein, which acts as the center for the Cult of Vymla. Delkmund canyon is a vast, frosted gorge lined with a string of villages that has been experiencing unrest with the government as of late."
