"You flatter me, oh gallant Master~" She smiles. "And, of course, I can't forget about about the 'method' for a woman to have children." Rose gave you a lust-filled gaze, caressing your arm with clear intentions.
"Madame, if you control your urges, a reward shall come your way tonight." You whisper to her, thinking you might've given her too much benefit of the doubt as she she seems to have lost her reason too.
"Of course, I would never act so untoward in public. Unless it is something you'd demand of me, that is~" She smiled. You'd already realized some time ago that this was just her way of requesting you to give her a good railing tonight.
Things went on like this for a little while longer, with Kasato gladly showing off her baby with smug pride. But instead of getting your wives jealous, this merely inspire them say, aloud, in their own individual ways of speaking, that they would join her in the joys of motherhood one day thanks to you.
Kasato hardly had a moment to speak about herself but, through what little she did say, you figured she was still part of the Adventurer's Guild as an A rank adventuress.
As this continued, Ai and Eisho took you aside to another room.
There Ai informed you and Ayane that Aneko's funeral was scheduled sometime this week. With empty eyes she said it was supposed to be sooner than that, but Hisashi had gone to Northrensnjor and Ayane had urged for her to wait until you were able to visit Centria. Despite how she stressed that she didn't resent you for keeping things back, you could tell that there was something negative in her words. Still, it was surprising to see how emotionally stable she was considering she had just lost her daughter.
The still-grieving mother went back to speak with the rest, leaving you and Eisho to speak in private.
"Thank you for bringing Ayane back to visit. Ai was starting to get anxious." Eisho said.
"Ai seemed fine until now." You replied.
"She and I will get through this, just like we always do when misfortune hits." Eisho referenced things you didn't know about. "She just needs time and understanding. Weathering the worst of it was a challenge in its own right. I won't envy you when tragedy strikes one of your own wives, John. Especially since they seem to be such strong personalities."
You recall Ayane saying that Eisho was good when dealing with 'these sorts of things'. You think you're staring to understand what she meant.
"I honestly didn't mean to impose." You said.
"I'm aware. And so are the rest of my wives, even Ai. All she needs is a little time to get used to you."
"Right." You hoped that was all there was to it.
